Burgas joins family of green cities

Burgas became the first Bulgarian city to join the family of green cities. The agreement was signed at a special ceremony in Brussels by Deputy Mayor for strategic development and ecology, digitalization and climate changes adaptation, Vesna Baltina.

In addition to Burgas, the agreement includes 72 other European cities for which environmental protection is a priority, BNR Burgas reported.
