The Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office has submitted a request to the prosecutor general to demand that a former minister, now member of the 49th National Assembly with initials D. D. be stripped of his immunity.
The request is being made in connection with ongoing pre-trial proceedings for an alleged crime committed by the MP in question – massive dereliction of duty.
