An increase in the number of real estate transactions has been registered in Burgas and the surrounding area, experts say, as reported by BNR-Burgas. During the first 6 months of 2024, more than 5,000 transactions are expected in Burgas, Nessebar, Pomorie and Tsarevo. The buyers are mostly young people aged 25-30, who are able to pay off their mortgage in the space of 20-30 years.
