European Days of Artistic Crafts are starting today in Bulgaria's Antonovo. The motto of this year's edition is "The Golden Thread", which is why it will begin with workshops on  wool felting.

Every day until the end of the week, residents and guests of the town will have the opportunity to meet a different craftsman. Demonstrations are planned on knitting with one and five hooks, embroidery, making decoupage, spinning wool, kneading bread and making pasta. For children and young people up to 15 years old, a workshop has been prepared for making a miniature version of a kitenik.

As part of the initiative, an exhibition of paintings by Yordan Yordanov will also be presented.

The event will be closed with a presentation of the ceramic vessels of Ralitsa Yovkova, known from a television reality format.
