The open-air stage for the performances will be set up at April Uprising Square, BTA reported. Music and dance groups from various parts of Bulgaria including Vidin, Lovech, Veliko Tarnovo, Pleven, Sevlievo, Panagyurishte and many others will take part in the event.

The festival aims to preserve, promote and develop traditional folk music and dance, to spark interest in folklore among different generations and to support the exchange of cultural values and traditions.
